South Boston Irish Whiskey has a pleasant nose of banana and hazelnut, which transitions smoothly into a malt sweetness with notes of honey, citrus peel, and cinnamon, finishing low and slow with smooth oak. The traditional Irish method favors malted barley in the mash bill and copper in the pot still, lending this whiskey a soft, creamy body, perfect for a long night of slow sips.
